Chu Shan Si Ji · 24 Solar Terms Restaurant

Drawing inspiration from China’s 24 solar terms, Chu Shan Si Ji offers a full dining experience of healthful, flavorful, and beautifully presented dishes, teas, and wines. Using seasonal fish, naturally fermented condiments, and slow-cooked local techniques, every meal celebrates harmony with nature.
Signature Dishes

Honghu Lotus Root Soup
A rich but not overly salty broth with lotus root that stretches like cheese and tender pork ribs. Warm and perfect for winter.

Spicy Mixed Fish Offal
Fresh, spicy and appetizing. No fishy smell, just the unique rich flavor of fish stomach and intestines.

Tomato Braised Mandarin Fish
Made with large tomatoes for a deep, full tomato broth. The fish is soft but holds its shape and tastes amazing with rice.

Shrimp Balls with Hankou Stinky Tofu
A street snack elevated. The tofu smells strong but tastes juicy and slightly sweet inside. Very refreshing with the shrimp.
