Signature Dishes

Yellow Wine Marinated Langoustines
A classic from Jiangnan. Yellow wine with light soy helps bring out the natural sweetness of the shrimp. Bright in color and clean in taste.

Shiqi Crispy Young Pigeon
Young pigeon is marinated and deep-fried until the skin is crisp and the meat tender.

Pork and Sea Cucumber
The sea cucumber is firm and springy. The pork is wrapped inside and served with aged pickled radish and a thin layer of rice.

Foie Gras with Soft-Boiled Egg
Foie gras mousse is smooth and melts easily. The soft egg white and runny yolk balance the richness.
