Yinba 1986 was founded by the Xu brothers, a team of academically trained chefs and recognized inheritors of Sichuan culinary traditions. With nearly forty years of dedication and a gold medal from the Chinese Culinary World Championship in Rotterdam, the restaurant continues to explore the relationship between fermentation, science, and modern Sichuan cuisine.

Guided by local terroir, Yinba 1986 follows a philosophy of rediscovering tradition, advancing fermentation and scientific cooking, and expressing food as art.
