Signature Dishes

Liver Oil Abalone
Abalone cooked with pork liver oil. The sauce is rich and stays on the palate. The abalone has a soft center.

Pocket Tofu
A long block of tofu cooked in milk broth. The center is filled with broth and very soft.

Chicken Mousse with Caviar
Smooth chicken mousse enriched with pork fat. Topped with caviar.

Chao Cai Lion’s Head
Lion’s head coated lightly in chao powder. The broth made with chao cai is fresh and clean.
