Signature Dishes

Sweet Garlic Bean Noodles
The broth is surprisingly rich and tasty. The noodles are smooth and the shrimp paste has a fresh seafood taste.

Crispy Veal
The coating is crispy and the meat inside is very tender. It has a light sweet taste.

Braised Pomfret with Rice Cakes
The pomfret is soft and breaks easily with chopsticks. The rice cakes are soft and chewy.

Oriental House Fried Chicken
The whole chicken is fried with a thin crispy coating. The meat is juicy and lightly seasoned. It is best eaten on its own. Salt and chili powder are also provided.
