Assorted Delicacies Platter

A refined selection of jasmine tomato cold soup, jujube and yam cake, almond mille-feuille, crystal jelly, and lychee sphere, served with Longjing tea.

Beijing Roast Duck

Surprisingly excellent. The skin is crispy without being greasy, and the meat is tender. Rolled with scallions, cucumber, hawthorn strips and sweet bean sauce.

Sour Soup Fish

Made with boneless grouper in a Miao-style sour broth, finished with Yunnan litsea pepper and paired with Pu’er tea.

Mapo Tofu with Small Lobster and Wagyu

The tofu dish is re-imagined: rice wrapped in bean curd sheets looks like bamboo shoots, making it playful and flavourful.
