Signature Dishes

Xiaochao Paomo
Made with hand-torn bread and century-old soup. The broth is rich and mellow, the meat tender, and the bread chewy.

Stir-fried lamb with scallions
The mutton is smooth and tender, fragrant and not smelly, the scallion oil is fragrant, salty and fresh and delicious. After eating, the meat is tender, slightly fragrant with scallion, and the aftertaste is endless.

Braised oxtail
