De Fa Chang Dumplings (Bell Tower)

De Fa Chang Dumplings (Bell Tower) is a century-old Chinese brand, Shaanxi provincial intangible cultural heritage (dumpling-making craft) and national top-class restaurant, founded in 1936. Located at West Street 3, Bell and Drum Tower Square, it stands right beside the Bell Tower and Drum Tower, the heart of Xi’an. It pioneered Xi’an’s famous dumpling feast, known for “one shape per dumpling, hundreds of flavors for hundreds of dumplings,” with 318 varieties holding a Guinness World Record.

The restaurant spans 3,600 square meters across four floors with elegant Tang-style decor. The first floor serves casual dumplings, while the second floor specializes in elaborate cultural dumpling feasts.
